Cruise is only a short arse so it was a bit of a laugh to see him topless in an early scene showing off muscles (in both arms). At least the action sequences rely on good stunt work and are not all special effects.
That theme music ! Always good to hear. The action is great. The plot s the typical cross and double cross stuff. Fairly predictable and done before. I enjoyed parts but struggled to remain interested .
I really do not like Tom Cruise, the person, .........but he does make good movies. It really takes you through a range of stunts and reasonable plot lines to put forth an enjoyable film. I almost... Read more watched it a second time it was so good and thought about how they did everything after seeing the extras. You know what you are getting from Hollywood, but can sit back and enjoy.

Absolutely silly but thoroughly enjoyable film. Even though I have not been a fan of the previous Mission Impossible films, this one changed my opinion. But it was totally ludicrous what Tom Cruise... Read more went through, and came out still in one piece, more or less. I mean to say, he should have died several times over in this film alone. I've never been much of a fan of the Mission: Impossible series, but I found this one to be a lot of fun. Spectacular action scenes and Cruise and Pegg are particularly great, but the real sand out... Read more is Ferguson, hopefully we see a lot more of her.
Great cast especially British agent Ilsa Faust excellent action very good escapism
Great action scenes and music as usual, pity about the storyline which is where all the Mission Impossible films stumble unfortunately
