1995 M Contains violence and offensive language.

An epic tale of crime and obsession and two men on opposite sides of the law.

When Al Pacino and Robert De Niro square off, Heat sizzles. Written and directed by Michael Mann, Heat includes dazzling set pieces and a bank heist that USA Today calls "the greatest action scene of recent times." It also offers "the most impressive collection of actors in one movie this year" (Newsweek). Val Kilmer, Jon Voight, Tom Sizemore and Ashley Judd are among the memorable supporting players in this tale of a brilliant L.A. cop (Pacino) following the trail from a deadly armed robbery to a crew headed by an equally brilliant master thief (De Niro). Heat goes way beyond the expectations of the cops-and-criminals genre - and into the realm of movie masterpiece.

Very good crime drama (not to be mistaken for an all out action movie) featuring two of the biggest names in Hollywood (De Niro and Pacino). Much like Michael Mann's Collateral, this movie is a slow... Read more

A down-lo classic of the genre & so endlessly plagiarized that Mann could make a solid living suing everyone who's 'borrowed' from it. Styley, smart, active, just gruesome enough- not even Ashley Judd's hideous performance can dent it. Primo.

Greatest shoot out scene in any movie. Crank that surround sound up !

you can't go wrong with a cast as good as this.

DeNiro & Pacino cross swords in this action thriller. Blood and car chases make this compulsory viewing for boys!
