Excellent film which I would see again. Eastwood gets better with age.
one of the best movies i have ever seen can watch it over and over again and not get sick of it
Loved this movie. Great acting and great story. Loved the unexpected ending.
A movie I have enjoyed more than any other in some long time. Has depth of character, an understandable plot, pausible characters and mostly it is life we can all admit to sharing whether openly or... Read more only to ourselves.
Thought provoking with a human touch. Clint Eastwood has definitely become one of the master film makers of his, or any other, era.
Clint at his recent best, great story and gripping end
Bring back the old kick in the butt days, didnt hurt no one but the receiver....respect these days are lost ........
This started slow, but it developed into an excellent plot. Really recommended, it is one of those wonderful movies that remain with one long after its finished. The final twist is very thought-provoking.
i was bit disappointed when client eastwood die in the end. I was expecting more action packs from him, but i was hit by the reality that not all will be solve in violence. Its great for awakening for the human race.
I don't know what it is with Clint Eastwood; his movies just have a 'try-hard' element about it and he fails with his attempt to make something of the secondary characters, i.e. family members. And... Read more for someone who under-acts well, he over-acted in this movie, especially with the racist grunts and sneers, and self dialogue. I'm not a fan of his directing so I guess I wasn't expecting better. I just felt it was a great story and was hoping it would come through. He didn't do too badly with the ending as he could have painfully built that to the point where it's impact would have been lost, but it was a relief to see it kept me a little in the dark and was simplistic enough to work.
Excellent, Clints hard exterior brilliantly masks his underlying humanity which makes this movie humurous and absorbing. The twist at the end reinforces this memorable performance.
