It¿s a great movie and the cameraman really showed courage to have 9/11 in him. I was really into it. Its great.
This documentary is not a recreation or dramatisation. It shows the events of 9/11 as filmed by the documentary crew who just happened to be there on another assignment when the planes struck. Incredible... Read more raw footage both inside and outside the towers following the firemen who went to the rescue.
I found this a pretty good documentary with a lot more indepth footage in regards to the fireman's point of view. True life events that even though a lot of bad happened, it reminded you that there... Read more was good too. We know these events were tragic, but it brought out the best of people.. the bond, determination, willingness to help, the donations and so forth.
Long and poignant.... not easy to make the cross between a documentary and a history account. Some new images - many were different from what was seen on TV on the day and weeks that followed - that was good.
Interesting if rather sad documentary about a group of firefighters on 9/11. Worth viewing for their perspective on the event and subsequent days/months.

Awesome documentary. I thoroughly enjoyed it. the cameraman and all the fire crew showed extreme courage in what was a disastrous situation.
This is an excellent documentary/ film on one of the most important events ever to occur in modern history. A true story about the heros of 9/11
Brilliant documentary. The Naudet brothers did a remarkable job to portray the horror while still respecting those that perished by not filming burning bodies or people jumping. This documentary is... Read more sympathetic and moving. It doesn't paint a picture of overblown heroes but shows traumatised, ordinary men cope with exceptional courage under exceptional stress. Highly recommended.
Good stuff. Other members have commented on it's slow start, which is true, but a great contrast in my opinion - shows what they were planning to make, and were in the process of making, then 9-11... Read more happened and the whole contrast of the movie suddenly changed to perhaps the worlds most documented disaster of all time.(not counting the two world wars) Overall, I thought this was a great doco.
